Anant Raj and Birla Estates Launch Final Phase of Birla Navya

Avarna Projects LLP, a 50:50 joint venture between Anant Raj Limited and Birla Estates, is set to commence Phase IV of their flagship township project, Birla Navya, in Gurugram's Sector 63A. This final phase will add 208 luxury floor residences across 0.65 million square feet, completing the 764-unit development spread over 47 acres. The project, which has seen strong demand with previous phases nearly sold out, offers premium 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Phase IV's launch, scheduled for March 2024, marks a significant milestone in the partnership's successful foray into the Delhi-NCR real estate market, with an estimated total booking value potential exceeding ₹2,000 crores.
