As per RBI guidelines, banks remain closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. April 25 falls on the fourth Saturday, making it a scheduled holiday across all states and union territories.

While branch services are unavailable, customers can still perform transactions through ATMs, internet banking, and mobile banking. NEFT and RTGS systems, which operate 24/7, ensure seamless fund transfers even during holidays.
