Arkade Developers Secures ₹1,700 Crore Redevelopment Project in Mumbai's Dahisar

Arkade Developers Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 6.5-acre land parcel for cluster redevelopment in Dahisar East, Mumbai, with a projected gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,700 crore. The project, spanning 26,286 square meters, will offer a total saleable area of about 6.76 lakh sq ft, featuring both residential and commercial spaces.

Strategically located near Dahisar Station, Anand Nagar Metro Station, and Western Express Highway, this development marks Arkade's expansion in Mumbai's fast-growing northern micro-market. The company plans to develop 2, 3, and 4-bedroom luxury residences.

This acquisition follows Arkade's recent 4-acre land deal in Goregaon West and three other redevelopment projects in Mumbai's western suburbs. With a robust pipeline of 16 projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Arkade Developers is poised for significant growth in the real estate sector.
