Atal Setu to Feature Food Plaza and Fuel Station for Commuters' Convenience

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has announced plans to enhance commuter amenities on the Atal Setu by establishing a food plaza and fuel station at Jasai, near the Shivajinagar interchange. This initiative aims to provide essential services for travelers between Shivdi and Nhavasheva, addressing the current lack of such facilities along the 22 km stretch. The project is expected to boost daily vehicular movement, which currently averages 23,000 vehicles, by offering improved convenience and support for both local and long-distance travelers.
