Bend, Breathe, Thrive: How Yoga Transforms Lives into Udyogi, Upyogi, Sehyogi at Rishikesh's International Yoga Festival

The International Yoga Festival 2025 will begin from March 9 to 15 at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The one-week festival is likely to attract about 20,000 yoga adepts from all over the world. Swami Chidanand Saraswati, Parmarth Niketan's head, underlined the change-inducing capability of yoga, saying it makes an individual industrious, useful, and cooperative. The festival will include a range of yoga styles, meditation sessions, and cultural events. Well-known yoga organizations such as Art of Living and Isha Foundation will take part, giving visitors an opportunity to learn various meditation methods. The festival hopes to bring together yogis of different backgrounds and foster global consciousness.
