As automation and AI reshape industries, targeted efforts can empower women in traditionally male-dominated sectors like tech and manufacturing. Innovative programs, such as UNDP's digital centers in Bangladesh and STEM education initiatives, are already fostering equality by equipping women with future-ready skills. However, challenges persist, including unequal access to resources and systemic barriers. By integrating gender-focused policies into 4IR frameworks, we can ensure a more inclusive and equitable future.
