1. Promotions and Transfers in Bulk

Patna DM Chandrasekhar Singh has been made Commissioner of the Patna division.
Gaya DM Thyagarajan S M is now the new DM of Patna.
Mayank Warwade, former Commissioner of the Patna division, has been shifted as State Project Director of the Bihar Education Project Council.
Darbhanga DM Rajeev Raushan has been made Commissioner of the Saran division.
Avneesh Kumar Singh will be Commissioner of the Munger division, and Raj Kumar has been made Commissioner of the Tirhut division.
Thirteen IAS officers belonging to the 2010 batch have been upgraded to the rank of secretary.

2. Fresh Appointments in Important Commissions

Vishwanath Rishi has been made Chairperson of the Mahadalit Commission.
Devendra Kumar has been appointed Vice-Chairperson of the Scheduled Caste Commission.
New appointments to the Scheduled Caste Commission are Lalan Ram, Rubel Ravidas, and Sanjay Kumar.
Ram Naresh Kumar and Ishwar Rajak have been appointed as the members of the Mahadalit Commission.
