Bloom Hotels' Ambitious Expansion: Seeks ₹4 Billion in Fresh Funding to Fuel Growth

Bloom Hotels, basking in its recent success, is said to be considering raising ₹4 billion through private equity investors to speed up expansion plans. The company, which saw its revenues grow to ₹250 crore in FY24, wants to leverage its strong 73.6% year-on-year growth. With more than 50 hotels in major Indian cities, Bloom wants to deepen its presence in the highly competitive hospitality space. This action comes after a prior ₹362 crore investment by Samena Capital, which reflects confidence among investors in Bloom's new-age budget hotel model. The new funding will be used to fuel Bloom's ambition to open 100 hotels in South Asia, further cementing its market foothold.
