Key Highlights:

₹9,000 Crore Solar Power Project in Andhra Pradesh, India:

Bondada Engineering secured a record order of ₹9,000 crore to establish a 2000 MW AC / 2600 MWp DC renewable energy plant in Andhra Pradesh, executed through its subsidiary Bondada Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd.
The project satisfies the state's Clean Energy Policy 2024 and India's NetZero, to be attained in 24 months, and will realize FY2029 annual IPP revenue of ₹1,160 crore.
This single project accounted for Bondada's overall order book of over ₹14,000 crore.

Reliance Projects LargeScale O&M Contract:

Subsidiary Bondada Managed Services was awarded a ₹316.83 crore order by Reliance Projects to undertake Reliance's towers, fiber & FTTx network, and facilities O&M.
The threeyear contract, effective from July 1, 2024, is worth ₹105.6 crores annually (inclusive of GST), adding more strength to Bondada's telecom infrastructure strength.

Strategic Work Order by Microsoft India:

Bondada Engineering has secured a ₹2.71 crore order from Microsoft India, and it is the company's expanding presence in datacenter infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.

Robust Financial Performance and Future Outlook:

In FY24, Bondada Engineering reported a 167.2% increase in net profit at ₹44.73 crore and a 116.1% increase in revenue at ₹800.72 crore compared to the previous fiscal.
The leadership has a 5060% CAGR in the next 3–5 years to double revenues every year and achieve ₹1 billion by 2030.
The company is aggressively bidding for over ₹1,000 crore worth of tenders for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and is in advanced talks with the Adani Group for large solar EPC orders.
