Building a New Era: Women Take Center Stage in Construction

Women in Construction Week 2025, March 2-8, will celebrate the theme "Keys to the Future" and recognize the importance of women in the development of the construction industry. Organized by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the event will highlight challenges while advancing gender equality and inclusion. With women currently making up 14% of the construction industry workforce, compared to 10.9% five years previously, the sector is beginning to appreciate the benefits of diverse leadership. The week-long event will include leadership summits, interactive workshops, site tours, and mentorship programs, all aimed at empowering and encouraging women in the industry.
