Capacit’e Infraprojects Secures Rs 5,370 Mn Thane Contract

Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth approximately Rs 537 crore from TenX Realty Limited, representing Raymond Realty. The contract covers the construction of Towers F, G, NTA, and a retail building as part of the Address by GS-3 Project and Invictus-2 Project in Thane (West), Maharashtra.  

This development strengthens Capacit’e’s portfolio in residential and commercial infrastructure, showcasing its ability to deliver complex projects in high-demand urban markets. The company emphasized that neither its promoters nor group companies hold any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring transparency in the transaction.
