New Terminal Inaugurated
Patna Airport's new terminal is spread over 65,150 square meters and features world-class facilities, including:

The complex can accommodate a maximum of 3,000 passengers in peak hours and one crore (10 million) passengers every year—three times the current terminal's capacity.

The terminal's architecture is inspired by the surrounding landscape and incorporates traditional Mithila and Madhubani paintings, reflecting Bihar's rich cultural heritage on visitors.

The building also has insulated roofs, LED lighting, and heat-resistant glazing to sustain pleasant indoor temperatures and enhance energy efficiency.
