Cyient Ltd’s semiconductor arm has announced the acquisition of a majority stake (over 65%) in US-based Kinetic Technologies for up to $93 million. This transaction is expected to be completed by April 2026, subject to standard closing conditions. Kinetic Technologies, established in 2006, is a global leader in high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs, specializing in power management, protection, and interface solutions for markets including edge AI, data centers, and industrial automation.
