De Kock's blistering innings in a thrilling match at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati consisted of eight fours and six sixes as KKR triumphed by eight wickets. His innings surpassed the 11-year-old record held by Manish Pandey for the highest score by a KKR batsman while chasing, and he became one of the tournament's top performers.
