Deepwatch Acquires Dassana to Boost AI-Powered Cybersecurity

Deepwatch, a leading AI+Human cyber resilience platform, has acquired Dassana, a security intelligence solutions provider. The acquisition aims to enhance Deepwatch's AI capabilities and threat exposure management. Dassana's technology will be integrated into Deepwatch's platform, offering real-time security posture insights and improved risk-based prioritization. The move is expected to strengthen Deepwatch's managed detection and response (MDR) services, making advanced AI-driven security accessible to a wider range of companies. Deepwatch CEO John DiLullo emphasized the acquisition's potential to democratize AI capabilities in cybersecurity. The integration is set to be completed within 90 days, with most of Dassana's team joining Deepwatch.
