Dhani Services Expands Gurugram Footprint with New Land Acquisition

Dhani Services Ltd has executed an MoU to acquire 5.37 acres in Gurugram, bolstering its real estate portfolio. This follows its December 2022 acquisition of 35 acres in Sector 104 (Dwarka Expressway) via subsidiaries Juventus Estate and Mabon Properties. The company has submitted plans for 60 lakh sq ft of residential development at this site, targeting a July 2024 launch. Additionally, Dhani launched a 387-unit residential project in Gurugram in January 2025, featuring modern amenities. These moves align with its restructuring strategy, including a demerger of real estate assets into subsidiaries under a 2024 scheme of arrangement.
