Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd., formerly known as KBC Global, has secured a significant ₹2.15 billion (₹215 crore) contract from Skymax Infrapower Ltd. The deal was formalized through one of Dharan’s designated subsidiaries and covers engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for a large-scale infrastructure project at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work includes supply, installation, and commissioning of critical components, with nearly 80% of the contract value attributed to international procurement of plant and machinery. This development aligns with Dharan’s strategic expansion into renewable infrastructure and industrial EPC services. The company also recently entered into a One-Time Settlement (OTS) agreement with Canara Bank, further strengthening its financial position.
