Intellect Design Arena Limited, Canada, has successfully transitioned digital banking operations from Central 1 Credit Union as of March 3, 2025. Central 1's Forge, MemberDirect, public website, and mobile apps are part of the transfer. Intellect has absorbed more than 140 digital banking engineers and members of the service team from Central 1. This acquisition puts Intellect in the top rung of the largest technology solution providers to Canada's financial services sector, serving over 170 banks and credit unions. Previous digital banking clients of Central 1 can now choose from Intellect's digital banking platform (eMACH.ai) with Canada-ready offerings for retail, SMB, and commercial members.
