EAM Jaishankar Spotlights Unity in Diversity at Kashi Tamil Sangamam 3.0

India's cultural unification was what External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar underlined while attending the Kashi Tamil Sangamam 3.0 held in Varanasi. Speaking during the ceremony that marks the age-old bonds between Tamil Nadu and Kashi, Jaishankar outlined that India is held together by the country's common beliefs, culture, history, and tradition. The 10-day cultural melting pot, between February 15-24, 2025, includes exhibitions, seminars, and heritage tours, highlighting the theme of contributions by Sage Agasthyar. The festival, during the time of Mahakumbh 2025, has attracted around 1,000 Tamil Nadu delegates comprising students, professionals, and artisans, supporting the 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' vision.
