Empowering Nari Shakti: India Celebrates Women's Day 2025 with Flair and Purpose

Today, in Gujarat, the Prime Minister launches two important projects named G-SAFAL and G-MAITRI to empower women and support rural development. While, on International Women's Day, Modi spoke in Navsari, he portrayed women-led development as the cornerstone of India becoming developed. He detailed the government which had been gearing up to enhance their role in diverse sections of society, including politics, sports, and startups. The PM also promised that, in five years, 3 crore women would become 'Lakhpati Didis', furthering 1.5 crore women already reaching the level of 'Lakhpati Didis' successful. Modi emphasized the need to enhance women's security and economic independence.
