Ahmedabad-based Emrock Corporation Limited has intimated stock exchanges of an upcoming Board of Directors meeting on 28 May 2026, where it will consider raising funds through multiple instruments including equity shares, convertible bonds, debentures, convertible warrants, preference shares, and other equity-linked securities, via routes such as private placement, preferential issue, or qualified institutions placement.

The company, formerly known as Vaghani Techno Build Limited, filed a revised board meeting intimation under Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 with BSE Limited on 25 May 2026. The board will deliberate on ancillary capital structure actions, including increasing the authorised share capital and altering the Memorandum of Association.
