The Board of Directors at its meeting on 25 May 2026 approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26. The statutory auditors, Price Waterhouse and Co Chartered Accountants LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also recognised an exceptional item of Rs 0.58 crore in Q4 towards incremental liabilities arising from newly notified Labour Codes.
Quarterly Earnings At A Glance
Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 1,498.20 crore, up from Rs 1,333.70 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a year-on-year rise of over 12 percent. Consolidated net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 42.67 crore versus Rs 18.87 crore a year ago, a sharp improvement. Basic and diluted EPS for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 10.53 per share (not annualised).
Full Year FY26 Highlights
For the full year, consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs 5,619.48 crore compared to Rs 5,091.71 crore in FY25, a growth of over 10 percent. Consolidated profit for the year was Rs 143.56 crore against Rs 118.91 crore in FY25. Full-year EPS stood at Rs 35.43 basic and diluted versus Rs 29.35 in the prior year.
Segment-Wise Performance
Home appliances remained the largest contributor with FY26 consolidated segment revenue of Rs 4,461.23 crore, up from Rs 4,060.29 crore. Engineering segment revenue grew to Rs 1,007.14 crore from Rs 895.52 crore, while motor and steel segments contributed Rs 76.15 crore and Rs 194.10 crore respectively. Segment profitability held firm across all verticals on a full-year basis.
Balance Sheet And Cash Position
Total consolidated assets as at 31 March 2026 stood at Rs 2,383.73 crore. Total equity improved to Rs 994.86 crore from Rs 841.99 crore in FY25, reflecting strong retained earnings. Cash and cash equivalents at the consolidated level improved to Rs 120.58 crore from Rs 109.26 crore a year ago, supported by net operating cash inflows of Rs 299.02 crore for FY26.
