How The Capital Will Be Deployed

The combined USD 30 million will be channelled into three focused areas — advancing R&D across custom power semiconductors and ASSPs, building in-house semiconductor validation and testing infrastructure in India, and strengthening working capital for scaling long-cycle global customer programs.

Over the past twelve months, the company acquired Kinetic Technologies — a power semiconductor firm with over 3 billion chips shipped, 250+ products, and 100+ patents. It also launched India's first GaN power IC family in collaboration with Navitas Semiconductor and forged strategic partnerships with GlobalFoundries and MIPS. Additionally, it secured the SCL modernization program, a pivotal milestone in India's national semiconductor roadmap.
