In Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at 115,730 lakh rupees, while total income reached 116,551 lakh rupees. Profit before tax came in at 7,297 lakh rupees, with net profit after tax at 5,085 lakh rupees and earnings per share of 7.00 rupees (basic). Other comprehensive income added 1,052 lakh rupees, taking total comprehensive income to 6,137 lakh rupees for the quarter.

Full Year Growth And Balance Sheet

For FY26, Man Industries posted consolidated revenue from operations of 356,390 lakh rupees, up from 350,535 lakh rupees in FY25. Full-year net profit rose to 17,048 lakh rupees, translating into earnings per share of 23.65 rupees (basic). Total comprehensive income for the year was 18,350 lakh rupees, while reserves excluding revaluation climbed to 204,904 lakh rupees, reflecting strengthened net worth and financial flexibility to pursue new pipeline and infrastructure opportunities.
