Re-Appointment Details

Mr. Haresh D. Ramsinghani has been re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of three years effective June 1, 2025, and expiring May 31, 2028.
The re-appointment is in accordance with the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is pending approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting.

Haresh Ramsinghani has been Chairman since May 2018 and Managing Director since November 2018, and has almost seven years of leadership experience with the company.
