Shankara Buildpro: Ohana India Growth Fund acquired an additional 4 lakh shares, representing a 1.64% stake, through two transactions valued at ₹51.88 crore at approximately ₹1,297 per share. The Category III AIF already held a 1.6% stake as of June 2026.
Unified Data Tech Solutions: Vikas Vijaykumar Khemani, founder of Carnelian Asset Management, sold 1.07 lakh shares from his personal holding. The transaction represented a 0.53% stake and was valued at ₹4.17 crore at ₹387.61 per share. Khemani previously held a 1.05% stake as of June 2026.
CARE Ratings: TenCore Partners Master sold 4.26 lakh shares at ₹1,725 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹73.57 crore and represented a 1.41% stake in the rating agency, down from its prior 1.56% holding as of June 2026.

Priority Jewels: KIFS Enterprise and Aagam Investments collectively acquired 3.23 lakh shares, accounting for a 1.79% stake. KIFS purchased 1.25 lakh shares for ₹2.90 crore at ₹232.30 per share, while Aagam acquired 1.98 lakh shares for ₹4.67 crore at ₹235.92 per share.
Gland Pharma: Promoter Fosun Pharma Industrial sold 75.05 lakh shares, representing a 4.5% stake, for ₹2,121.5 crore at ₹2,826.60 apiece. Eleven institutional investors, including Kotak Mahindra MF, Axis MF, ICICI Prudential AMC, and SBI Life, acquired the shares. Fosun previously held 51.77% as of June 2026.
Tata Technologies: Former CEO and Managing Director Patrick Raymon McGoldrick sold 21 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.51% stake, for ₹164.85 crore at ₹785 apiece. Nexus Select Trust: WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund, led by Prashant Khemka, acquired 74.95 lakh units from Blackstone-owned BREP Asia SG Forum Holding (NQ). The transaction was valued at ₹122.92 crore, with units purchased at ₹164 apiece.
