From Australia to J&K: 900 Superior Sheep Set to Elevate Local Meat Production

The Jammu and Kashmir government recently declared the importing of 900 high-quality sheep from Australia for increasing meat supply in the region. This project will increase the production of meat in the locality and improve the quality of stock for farmers to use. The move is part of a strategy to strengthen agriculture in J&K and sustain economic development. It addresses the needs of both consumers and farmers. The import is expected to significantly change the local meat industry positively.
