From Desks to Dreams: Rockworth Powers the Next Generation

Sri City-headquartered Rockworth Systems Furniture India Pvt. Ltd., a prominent office and educational furniture manufacturer, continues to leave a deep social footprint through its education assistance program. As an extension of its employee well-being policies, Rockworth has, since three years ago, been sponsoring the educational costs of children of workers till graduation.

At a recent function in its cutting-edge facility, Rockworth awarded education support certificates to 18 wards of its employees, from primary school students to engineering degree students. For the current year's academic term alone, the organization spent ₹9 lakh on tuition fee, conveyance, uniform, and books. The move highlights Rockworth's commitment to empowering families and building a better future for the upcoming generation.

Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Sri City's Founder Managing Director, appreciated Rockworth's initiative, citing it as a lesson for other industry units in the area. He said, "Rockworth's total commitment to its people and their families is really exemplary and a benchmark for corporate social responsibility."

With 90% of its employees coming from local villages, Rockworth not only contributes to economic development but also fosters community ties through initiatives such as this. Its education focus is a reflection of its vision of empowering lives outside the workplace.
