From Dream to Flight Deck: How Albatross Aviators Will Turn 20,000 Skygazers into Sky Captains

Albatross Aviators plans to train 20,000 new pilots in the next five years in response to the critical shortage of pilots in the aviation industry. The ambitious program-"From Dream to Flight Deck"will help to meet the projected shortfall in pilot numbers that is expected to peak at 24000 by 2026. Training will consist of simulator time plus real flying experience for aspiring aviators. To help ensure a direct pathway to jobs, Albatross is partnering with major airlines to provide that assistance. Thus, this program would appear timely considering that it is put in place during the industry's uncompromising demand for air travel-the presence of two pilots in the cockpit-for unrelenting quality and safety.
