KEC International Ltd., one of India’s leading EPC majors and a part of the RPG Group, announced fresh order wins totalling Rs 1,174 crore in its Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business. The contracts, secured both domestically and internationally, mark a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy for FY26.

Key highlights

The company won ±800 kV HVDC and 765 kV transmission line projects from a reputed private developer in India.
It secured 380 kV transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia, strengthening its leadership position in the Middle Easta market.
These orders push the company’s year-to-date (YTD) order intake to approximately Rs 14,000 crore.
The wins reflect KEC’s growing momentum and diversification, particularly in projects from private developers.
The new contracts are expected to boost revenue visibility and reinforce KEC’s leadership in high-voltage transmission infrastructure globally.

Commenting on the announcement, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International Ltd., said the consistent success of the T&D segment is a direct outcome of expanding order inflows from both domestic and international markets. He emphasized that the prestigious HVDC transmission contract notably increased the share of private sector orders within India’s portfolio, while the large-scale Saudi Arabia project further cemented its regional dominance.
