Google's Massive Mumbai Investment: Tech Giant to Pay ₹4.79 Crore Monthly Rent for Prime Office Space

In a significant move, Google has renewed leases for two of its offices in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex. The tech giant will pay a staggering ₹4.79 crore per month for a total area of 1,49,658 square feet. Google India Private Limited will occupy 1,10,980 square feet, while Google Cloud India Private Limited will take up 38,678 square feet. The new agreement, effective from June 2025, includes a 15% rent increase after 36 months. This substantial investment underscores Google's commitment to expanding its presence in India's financial capital.
