Gulfood 2025 Kicks Off in Dubai: A Global Food and Beverage Showcase

Dubai, UAE – The largest biennial food and beverage trade show in the world, Gulfood, takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from February 17-21, 2025. The 30th iteration of the event boasts over 5,500 participants from 129 countries, including debut visitors Kosovo, Zambia, Mauritius, and Madagascar.

This year's theme, "The Next Frontier in Food," captures the evolution of food systems globally, sustainability, and cutting-edge innovation. Gulfood 2025 boasts over one million products across 24 halls and 1.3 million square meters of exhibition space. The event also includes the Food500 Summit, an invitation-only CEOs' forum, policymakers, and industry leaders, and the Gulfood Top Table, culinary excellence with Michelin-starred chefs. Gulfood secured over $15 billion value of trade deals in its previous edition, strengthening trade alliances and pushing food security initiatives.
