Himadri Speciality Chemical Expands Global Footprint with New US Subsidiary

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America. This strategic move, approved by the company's Board of Directors on January 13, 2025, aims to enhance Himadri's international presence and expand its operational capabilities. The new subsidiary is part of a broader initiative that includes setting up a facility to produce high value-added specialty products with a capex of Rs. 120 Crores. This expansion aligns with Himadri's goal to strengthen its position in the global specialty chemicals market and capitalize on new business opportunities in the American market.
