Honoring Heroes: India Commemorates Armed Forces Veterans Day 2025

In Punjab, Defence Welfare Minister Mohinder Bhagat disclosed improved assistance for veterans and their families, including 13% reservations in jobs. The day was marked with sentimental ceremonies, such as gallantry awards and financial aid for war widows and veterans.
