HSBC Slashes Stellantis Target Price, Citing Market Challenges

HSBC has further reduced its target price for Stellantis NV (STLAM.MI) to EUR 11.5 from EUR 13, continuing a downward trend in their outlook for the automaker. This adjustment reflects ongoing concerns about Stellantis' performance in a challenging market environment. The bank maintains its 'hold' recommendation on the stock, indicating a cautious stance. This latest cut follows previous reductions, with HSBC having lowered the target from EUR 18 to EUR 15 earlier this week. The revision comes amid worries about inventory levels, competitive pressures, and potential pricing challenges in key markets like the US.
