Huawei Mate 70 Series: Already Launched with HarmonyOS NEXT

Huawei has already unveiled its Mate 70 series on November 26, 2024, featuring the Mate 70, Mate 70 Pro, Mate 70 Pro+, and Mate X6 foldable. The devices run on HarmonyOS NEXT, Huawei's new operating system that doesn't support Android apps or Google services. The series boasts improved performance, AI features, and satellite connectivity. The standard Mate 70 starts at CNY5,499 ($759) and features a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro models offer enhanced specs, including a 6.9-inch screen and advanced camera systems. Pre-orders have been strong, with 3 million reservations on one Chinese e-commerce site. Sales in China begin on December 4 for the base models and December 19 for higher-end variants.
