Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) confirmed that its next generation hybrid will arrive in 2027, strengthening its sustainable mobility portfolio. The announcement was made during the launch of the Elevate ADV Edition in Hyderabad, where executives outlined Honda’s aggressive product pipeline. The company aims to balance hybrid and EV offerings, with the Honda Alpha electric SUV scheduled for launch in the next fiscal year. By 2030, Honda plans to introduce 10 new models, seven of which will be SUVs, underscoring its focus on India’s fast‑growing SUV market.
