Hypersoft Technologies to Issue Equity Shares for Strategic Expansion and Acquisition

Hypersoft Technologies Ltd, an IT firm based in Hyderabad, has announced a major capital raise and strategic acquisition plans. The board of the company will meet on March 28, 2025, to approve and consider a preferential issue of equity shares. This is part of Hypersoft's growth strategy that also includes the proposed acquisition of NX Global. The optional issue will be used to purchase assets and bolster the financial position of Hypersoft. The move is part of a string of corporate moves that have included recent boardroom meetings that touched on capital restructuring and transactions. The action will strengthen Hypersoft's market position and allow it to add additional services to its portfolio in the computer IT market.
