IdeaForge Technology Expands Global Footprint with Strategic Investment in US Drone Maker

IdeaForge Technology Limited has made a strategic investment of $1.832 million (₹15.96 crore) in Vantage Robotics, a California-based UAV manufacturer. The investment, executed through a Compulsorily Convertible Promissory Note on February 19, 2025, marks ideaForge's entry into the global drone market. This move aligns with the company's long-term goals to enhance its R&D capabilities and expand its presence in defense, surveillance, and enterprise UAV solutions beyond India. The minority stake investment is subject to regulatory approvals and complies with RBI regulations.
