IFCI’s Leadership Gets A Strategic Edge With Manikumar Sivaramakrishnan As Deputy MD

IFCI Limited, a Government of India undertaking, announced the appointment following a directive from the Ministry of Finance. Sivaramakrishnan will serve a three-year term or until further orders, bringing his extensive experience in strategic planning, financial inclusion, and product innovation to the institution.  

Leadership Transition  

The appointment comes as part of IFCI’s ongoing efforts to enhance governance and leadership. Sivaramakrishnan, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, also holds advanced qualifications in finance and banking.  

Career Highlights  

With over 30 years in the banking sector, he began his career at Indian Overseas Bank before joining NABARD in 1992. Rising to Chief General Manager, he spearheaded strategic planning and product innovation. He also served as COO of NABVENTURES Ltd. and held directorships at NCDEX, SIDBI, and other financial institutions.
