India Cements Streamlines Portfolio with Strategic Divestments

India Cements Ltd has announced a series of strategic divestments, with its board approving the sale of equity investments in Coromandel Travels Limited and Raasi Cement Limited. Additionally, its subsidiaries ICLFSL and ICLSL have approved the sale of investments in Unique Receivables Management, Raasi Cement, and Coromandel Electric Company. The sale of Coromandel Electric Company is valued at approximately ₹362.7 million. These moves are part of India Cements' broader strategy to focus on core operations and optimize financial resources. The divestments aim to enhance operational efficiency and reduce debt, positioning the company for improved financial stability.
