   - High-automation roles like payroll clerks and change managers will be phased out, while high-augmentation roles such as system administrators and implementation consultants will evolve through AI collaboration  
   - Sectors most impacted include manufacturing (8 million roles), retail (7.6 million), and education (2.5 million)

2. Rise of AI pacesetters  
   - 25 percent of Indian enterprises are already in the transformation phase of AI maturity, outpacing regional peers like Singapore and Australia  
   - These organizations are leading in five critical areas: platform-first thinking, AI vision, talent strategy, governance, and scaled implementation
