India Launches PM E-Drive Scheme to Boost Electric Vehicle Adoption

 

The Indian government has introduced the PM E-Drive Scheme, aiming to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption across the country. The initiative offers significant subsidies for EV purchases, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. With a focus on reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable transportation, the scheme also supports the development of EV charging infrastructure in urban and rural areas.
