Indian Real Estate Secures $2.82 Billion in Private Equity Investments: Anarock

Indian real estate attracted $2.82 billion in private equity (PE) investments between April and December 2024, marking a 6% rise, as per Anarock’s report. The industrial and logistics sector led the growth, securing 62% of the funds, driven by significant deals like the $1.54 billion Reliance-ADIA/KKR warehousing agreement. Housing (15%) and office spaces (14%) followed. Notably, foreign investors contributed 82% of the total capital, highlighting India’s growing prominence in global real estate markets.
