India's Defense Leap: Army Secures ₹804.3 Million Deal with L&T to Bolster Military Might

The Indian government revealed today that the Indian Army has signed a contract with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) worth ₹804.3 million. This development comes as part of India's continuous drive to upgrade its military strength and increase indigenous defense production. The terms of the contract and the exact equipment involved remain undisclosed. This deal comes after recent major defense deals, such as the ₹10,147 crore agreement signed last month for boosting the firepower of the Army with the Pinaka system. The fresh deal with L&T also reflects India's resolve to bolster its defense infrastructure and ensure self-reliance in the defense industry.
