Infibeam Avenues & IISC Collaborate on Deepfake Detection Systems

Infibeam Avenues and the Indian Institute of Science (IISC) have signed an MOU to develop advanced deepfake detection systems. This partnership leverages AI and machine learning to combat rising threats from deepfakes, enhancing security and trust in digital communications. Infibeam, a leading fintech company, aims to integrate these solutions into its existing AI-powered fraud detection platforms. The collaboration highlights the growing importance of deepfake detection technology, following recent warnings from BSE and NSE about fake videos impersonating officials.
