Infosys Addresses Mysuru Campus Assessment Concerns, Reaffirms Commitment to Fair Practices

Infosys has responded to recent concerns regarding trainee assessments at its Mysuru campus. CHRO Shaji Mathew emphasized the company's substantial investment in training and its interest in trainee success. While acknowledging slightly higher assessment failure rates, Infosys maintains its commitment to fair evaluation processes. The company is cooperating with labor department inquiries and has postponed upcoming assessments to provide additional preparation time for trainees. Despite the challenges, Infosys remains focused on growth, planning to hire 20,000 freshers in FY26 and offering comprehensive corporate training programs.
