Innovators Facade Systems Limited has informed BSE that it has secured a significant work order for design, supply and installation of facade and allied works for a mixed-use development project in Kothrud, Pune. The contract, awarded by Avant Spaces Limited, is valued at Rs 57.63 crore excluding taxes and will be executed over 12 calendar months from the start date.

The work scope covers facade systems and related BMU works on a non-schedule contract (NSC) basis, reinforcing the company’s presence in high-value urban real estate developments. Management has clarified that the awarding entity is a domestic party, there is no promoter-group interest in the counterparty, and the deal does not qualify as a related party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013.
