Investor Relief as JC Flowers Retreats from Dish TV Petition

Dish TV India confirmed today that the petition filed under Sections 98–100 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been formally withdrawn. The order from the NCLT is awaited, and the company has assured it will update stakeholders once the official order is uploaded.
