Jaguar Land Rover Invests $80 Million to Elevate Bespoke Paint Services

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has said it will invest £65 million ($81 million) in bespoke paint services, upgrading its offering to try to feed the needs of high-end clients. The upgrade will enable the company to produce more than double the custom paint orders at present. It could also offer some matching colors for its clients' private jets or yachts. New facilities will be set up in Castle Bromwich, UK and Nitra, Slovakia. This move falls in line with the trend of personalization in the luxury automotive market, as has been done by competitors such as Rolls-Royce.
